Kick Interactive to Build Estate Management System for Estate Agents
South East London's leading estate agent, Acorn Estates has awarded Kick Interactive the development of a new Estate Management web system.
The system will be implemented with the goal to stream-line Acorn's internal processes for managing blocks of apartments in the London area.
The system will be used by lease holders to accomplish the following; pay lease agreements, report damage or maintenance work and keep lease holders informed about other information.
The web 2.0 application will be developed using ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL. As with other web applications built by Kick Interactive, the Acorn system will take advantage of the latest Ajax and usability techniques.
As well as the lease holder management system Acorn have also commissioned Kick to build a new marketing website to advertise Acorn's estate management services. The website will be built around the new Acorn Estate Management brand and will be targeted at landlords and apartment owners. Acorn have expressed an interest to use a Content Management System with their new new website. So Kick will be implementing the Kick Web CMS to meet their requirment.
The new website will be optmised for the search engines and will be launched in tandem with a targeted email marketing campaign.
