Environmental Policy

The Directors and Management of Kick Interactive are committed to the implementation of this policy, to compliance with environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements and the continued improvement of our environmental performance. The management of environmental risk within Kick Interactive is essential for the profitability of the company and we recognise that good environmental performance is critical to the success of our business. This policy is available to our clients, stake holders and interested public bodies and will be reviewed yearly or as appropriate. This policy statement is signed by the Managing Director of Kick Interactive. Our Managing Director holds ultimate responsibility for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of this policy.

Our statement of general policy is:

• To provide adequate control of the environmental risks arising from our work activities;
• To achieve a high standard of environmental performance;
• To ensure year on year improvement in our environmental performance;
• To provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement this policy;
• To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees with regard to the protection of the environment;
• To maintain our social and ethical principles;
• To the prevention, reduction or control of pollution;
• To ensure all employees are aware of their environmental obligations under this policy and the law, are competent to do their tasks, and are given adequate training;
• To maintain systems to promote continuous improvement in environmental management and incident prevention.;
• To ensure the employees are regularly consulted and ensure effective communication throughout the organisation and involvement of all employees in the management of risk;
• To maintain safe and healthy working conditions;
• To audit systems & progress review and revise this policy as necessary and at regular intervals.
• To support our Clients’ policies and procedures.
• To reduce environmental impact arising from our specific work activities; and
• To reduce the environmental impact of our plant and equipment.
